Welcome to SolarCare+!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SolarCare+ website, services, subscriptions, and maintenance plans. By accessing our website or signing up for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided SolarCare+ offers subscription-based solar panel maintenance for residential and commercial systems. Services include inspections, cleanings, diagnostics, and other maintenance tasks as outlined in each plan (Basic, Standard, Premium).

2. Subscription Plans & Billing • All plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selected option. • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. • By subscribing, you authorize SolarCare+ to charge your payment method on file for the selected plan at the applicable rate. • Annual subscribers may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but service may continue through the paid period. • Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be given for partial billing cycles. • Promotions (e.g. “First month 50% off” or “2 months free”) apply only to new customers unless otherwise specified.

3. Customer Responsibilities To ensure proper service: • Customers must provide accurate system information and access to their solar panels. • For rooftop systems, a safe, climbable path must be available unless otherwise agreed. • Missed appointments or blocked access may result in a rescheduling fee of $25.

4. Service Limitations • SolarCare+ does not perform major electrical repairs, roofing work, or system installation (unless otherwise noted). • Any issues requiring third-party contractor repair will be referred to a licensed partner. • We are not responsible for damage caused by existing system defects, weather, or improper installation performed by others.

5. Warranties & Liability • SolarCare+ makes every effort to maintain your system’s performance and longevity but does not guarantee energy output or performance improvements. • We are not liable for lost energy production, utility billing discrepancies, or equipment failure beyond our scope of work. • Our technicians are licensed and insured, and all work is documented with before/after photos. • Liability for damages, if any, is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months of service.

6. Cancellations & Refunds • To cancel your subscription, contact support at [support@solarcareplus.com] or manage your subscription via your account dashboard. • Refunds are only issued as stated in Section 2. • If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

7. Privacy Policy Your data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. We collect only necessary data for billing, scheduling, and service fulfillment.

8. Modifications to Service or Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
